Re: Moog kingpins
Yes, but I only thought of that this afternoon. I even showed my wife my error and told her Mexico is in Central America, but thinking about the map I believe you are correct that it's even in North America. But.... The discussion was about being made in the USA. I looked on ebay and found other sources for the moog kit, same part number. The one I found said source of origin Mexico followed by parentheses around 'primary'. All I know is the bearings and the moog lable on the box said 'Made in USA', and looking at the bushings in the photos and they don't really look like the ones I received. I guess it's just a mystery, but I think the truck should steer nicely now and wherever the set was made, I'd wager they will outlive this old geezer. I'd buy them again.

Re: Moog kingpins
Maybe it was a town in china called USA. So it would be made in the USA? Just joking.
Probably going to be okay. Just came back from my home town that is built on a hog slaughter yard. I'd guess there wouldn't be any bacon coming out of that town if it wasn't for the south of the border labor. Well me and all my friends moved out anyways. Love me some bacon! Maybe there are some issues we have south of us. But if you look at the demographic of people, they are christian and good people. We all benefit in making that area better and being friends. We have more in common than not. When I worked in colorado as a roofer I hung out with the foreman's son. Them boys would go down to pueblo and pay to ride bulls on the weekend.. . Re: Moog kingpins
You make a good point Tinker.... Our economy here is hugely based on construction. Hispanic workers are fairly new here, like in the past 15 years. They have earned a tremendous amount of respect form their fellow workers and the contractors who hire them, and can be seen like clockwork on Friday nights sending money to the folks back home at our convience store's western union station. Thank you for reminding Me.
