OD C3 electric wiper motor

I have a nice looking OD C3 electric wiper motor.I believe it is from mid 29 thru early 30.the motor runs but the arm doesn't move.just the parts prices for the cover and knobs is more than I'm asking for the hole thing.I don't want to fix it.
