What color is this 36 Pickup? Is it an original 1936 Ford color or is there a 36 sea foam green type color? Thanks, Art

Looks like it is suppose to be Vineyard Green.

hmmm. I would say that that is not a Ford color. Interesting, it has dual wipers and a chrome windshield surround. I had a Ford dealer demo'36 half-ton w/ its faded Ford-green sprayed over the Dealer Demo yellow color.

(shipped from Ford to a requesting dealer with the Dealer Demo yellow, after demo'g, it was sprayed over by the dealer in a Ford color and placed for sale. (demo'g the yellow truck brought customers to the dealership.) My dealer demo had its dual wipers and windshield chrome surround, dual spares, chrome rear bumper. Trucks didn't 'come with' dual wipers, chrome windshield surround unless it was a dealer demo. Do you have a history on your pickup?

I had a "Vineyard Green" '36 3-window and it was quite a bit darker than that.

I agree, perhaps a modern formulation that was close enough for the painter.
