Default Dash rail without holes?

I picked up a dash rail without the 5 holes in it at a sale. Theres no holes in it. What does it go to?

Could it be an OLD reproduction where you would have to drill the holes?

'28-'29 Briggs Fordor models had no holes, not sure of Town Sedans but probably the same.

Ill look at my neighbors briggs this weekend. Its very high quality,seems to be orignal Ford,curves on the ends are not as big as my 29 Roadster pickup. I also picked up a gas tank 7/24/28 and a 4 tab fan shroud.
I will take some pictures this weekend.

I have added some photos of a Briggs Fordor dash rail (without holes) to a public album you can view after logging in and clicking on my user name, etc.

This one appears to be never used and is identical (less a few holes that must have come from Clem) to the one on my mid-late 1928 Briggs 60-A Fordor.

Briggs Body '29 cabriolet's dash rail did not have any holes.
