One last Really stupid roof Question...
Hi gang , Ok I feel pretty silly asking this, and I (hope) its my last stupid question about the roof ( on order from LB, I have to wait a month) Anyways I do not know if the padding under the top goes right down to the rain gutters on a 30 Tudor, or if it only covers the actual hole in the center of the roof? In other words, is the sheet metal strip right above the doors/ rear window covered with padding, or not? I owned a Tudor 30 years ago but I have no memory of this detail at all ( if it was even correct). If theres no padding, I will use my spare time to touch up the bodywork up there a tad, Thanks a lot! Kev

The only stupid question is the one not asked.

Re: One last Really stupid roof Question...
Thanks a lot for the info guys, thats what I needed to know! Marco, please don't fret, I've read your excellent roof tutorial a great many times through the years, but it refers to a 28/29 Tudor and I didn't know if they were different; I am a scary guy when I am working on my A in that I can get a lot of small details correct but at times I miss the most glaring obvious stuff ( ask Tom Moniz, ha ha! )I'd rather look foolish than get this wrong,Thanks again,Kev
