Remote battery terminals
Batteries in Model A’s are a pain to access. I installed these remote posts in both A’s as well as on my car trailer. Speedway has them for $20 (698-21504) and the bracket is $15 (910-12528). Handy for jump starts and using a trickle charger. This bracket was one I made.

Re: Remote battery terminals
Why not just use the lug on the starter?

Re: Remote battery terminals
It can be a bit tricky getting a jumper cable clamp on to that starter nut. But how often do we need to jump start our cars?

Re: Remote battery terminals
I have the little fused harness for my 6V Battery Tender wired in to the fuse block at the stater switch and that is plenty handy.

Re: Remote battery terminals
Jump started two Subaru’s and made both owners take a cell phone photos!

Re: Remote battery terminals
That's what I finally figured out to do. Use the starter nut and ground to engine. Still, 4X4's set-up looks nice and easy.
