Default Battery size.

Another question from me, i did buy a newbattery this week it is a 6 v 66Ah. But Also when it is fully charged the engine turn very slow round sometimes it stops and than it turns for a quart stops etc. Is the capicity of this battery to small? If i look at Mac 's they sell a battery from 98Ah. I do have new cables so that could not be the problem ( i hope) i did buy this cables by Mac so i believe they are for the 6 v system and thick enough.
The enige starts very difficult most of the time not

That is plenty of battery. 1) Try removing the ground strap from the frame, clean it to bare metal. 2) Remove the starter switch from the top of the starter, file both contact surfaces clean- underside of the switch and the copper contact on the starter body. 3) Add a ground cable from a transmission top bolt to the frame. If that doesn't work, the problem may be worn brushes and a dirty commutator in the starter.

All cables should be 2ga, not 4ga.

As Mike says, the ground is as important as anything. Try running the ground cable directly to a starter mounting bolt, with no paint in between.
