Is there a way to tell if 1935 wires in perfect conditon are NOS or repops?

to my knowledge there are no reproduction 16 inch wire wheels, hub caps yes!

There are no repo 35 Ford wire wheels. Lots of used ones around and you may find an NOS one, but it would be extremely rare.
