Default L-100 cam & Navarro heads

I want to remove my isky max-1 cam for a L-100 cam. It's a 59ab with a 4" merc crank and Navarro heads. Could this be a straight cam swap or not? Will these heads clear a L-100 cam? Any advice would be appreciated.

Id you look up the specs the L-100 has 0.011 more lift. You'll probably have to check it.

Now that you have the heads off, check piston to head clearance. If more than .050 have them milled for the .045/.050" clearance. This will do more for drivability and economy than the cam. It's one of the cheapest mods you can do to ANY engine.
