They are not getting any kickback from the states but the states are now getting sales tax that they did not get before the ruling.
But; since the tax money is included in the total that PayPal bases it fee on; we are paying extra for eBay to collect the state sales tax.

for me, that's why no more ebay. every transaction feels like a shake down. whats next? are we going to have to pay protection money - or something will "happen" to us?
