Default white plugs black tail pipes

plugs have all been consistently white for last 5 yrs
car starts great cold , when i stop 5-10 minutes starts good ,but 20 minutes it will crank a bit before starting

the other thing i forgot to add first 10 miles on highway when slow down to a crawl i can't see the car behind me for blue smoke
it seems im running 70L fuel to 1L oil

i often do a 500 mile week end on the hwy so you would think that would clean the tail pipes out plus i sanded and painted inside tail pipes

compression is all good and even
