Default Ford battery dead in 40

I am done showing the 1940 Ford and the Ford Scrip Battery done gone bad. They cost 3 times more then a NAPA Battery. And they don't last that long. A wile back someone was talking about a Ford case with a Small battery in it?

There should be a way to gut your battery and fit another one inside that.
I would give it a try .
