Default 1928 RHD Tudor factory photo

Would anyone have any additional information on the photo [p103,1971 edition] in 'The Ford Model A As Henry Built It' by DeAngelis,Francis & Henry?
This depicts a RHD Tudor with two Ladies aboard, coming off the assembly line. Is the one looking out the window an era movie star? I have always wanted to know more of the significance of this shot, being RHD & a somewhat rare factory scenario.
Thanks
