Dual Sidemount '33-34 Commercials

I picked up a set of '34 fenders with dual sidemounts. I'm contemplating using them on my 112" Deluxe panel. I see that the left mount was offered as an option but have not seen a photo of an original commercial vehicle with them. The only thing I've seen is a line drawing in the 1934 Commercial Dealer's Book. Anybody seen one ordered this way? Thank you.
