Default 1930 Coupe rear fender bracket question

While under my A today I noticed my right rear bracket holding fender was swinging in the breeze. Bolt on outside edge of fender only thing holding it. 2 bolts at frame end still there but all metal has rusted away. How do I fix, I have more time than money and this is my daily driver.

its just sheet metal
the correct way would be to cut it back to good metal and weld in a new piece
or you can cut a piece of of maybe 16 ga metal to fit, and fasten it to good sheet metal with pop rivets or screws and remount your fender bracket
