helmet dstributor identification
I'm going to look at box with about 12-15 helmet distributors later today. Is there any reference material to help identify what exactly is what by year? Almost all of them are suppose to be 32-36 3 screw style. Thanks

Most importantly make sure there are no cracks in the components. Next, see what the seller is asking for price wise. For the right price it would be worth buying up the whole lot.

Re: helmet dstributor identification
Anybody ? I remember a reading that an 11A is most desirable ? I thought I had also read here that the 11A and 68 are virtually the same ? If these numbers are referring to the ones stamped on the cam end , I found at least 1 of each of those

Normally an 11A will give 11 degrees cam, crank 22 degress. The 68 will give 8 degrees cam, crank 16 degrees. The 11A is more desireable because of above. Phil NZ |
