• 1926 Model T Ford Rolling Chassis With Engine And Transmission

This is a complete Model T Ford chassis with 1926/1927 style front crossmember and an early 1926 rear crossmember, so the frame is pretty positively 1926. The rear end has the small brake drums and the transmission has the narrow pedals, so it's either cobbled together out of various parts or it was built during the transition between the 25 and 26 model years. Either way, it's a complete chassis that would make a good start to a speedster project. The chassis has wooden wheels with de-mountable rims. We also have some extra wood wheel components available to the buyer.

We have had the engine running and have a couple videos of it, but it was a bit noisy and it had some borrowed parts off another car. The head has been surfaced, valves lapped and it has a new head gasket but to get it running again you'll need (at a minimum) four coils, the timer, spark plugs, radiator, manifolds and a carb.

Asking $900 or best reasonable offer.
