Fulton Emergency Brake handle extension
I have been told there was a Fulton accessory brake handle extension produced for the 41-48 Ford/Mercury car emergency brake under dash actuator. Would anyone have material or specifics on such an accessory? Bryan

Seen 'em for floor model, but not under dash model.

Here is some photos of a Fulton accessory handbrake extension and a copy of one fitted to our 1932 Ford.

Yeah Ian. Those I am familiar with. Looks like a good item to re-pop.

Thank you for the responses. I am testing to see what knowledge may be available related to the 41-48 Ford/Mercury application. Bryan

Re: Fulton Emergency Brake handle extension
32 V8, the assembly would be different but similar, a photo or two would be helpful particularly if I could see the mounting bracket and how the accessory handles functions. Thank you. Bryan

Re: Fulton Emergency Brake handle extension
Here are some pictures of one that I have, but not sure if it would fit a '41-'48 Ford like Bryan is wanting. Has anyone else ever seen one that looked like this? In some of these pictures the ebrake extension is taped in an open position to overcome the natural spring force trying to close it up as shown in first several pictures.

Re: Fulton Emergency Brake handle extension
1932 V8, John and I have been discussing the unit you identified as the same as your friend has. I appreciate your comment. As a next step may we now try to find out how it attaches the brake actuating handle? Bryan

Re: Fulton Emergency Brake handle extension
Thanks for the pictures 32 V8,. That's definitely a different animal than the one I show above in my earlier post. Although, there may be a substantial part of mine that's missing, and needed in order to allow it to work on those year ebrake handles.
