An original poem, Sung to the tune, "HARK! THE HERALD ANGEL SINGS":

HARK! THE HORN, “AHOOGHA” SINGS

Hark! The horn, “Ahoogha”, sings
Turn the key, the engine pings.
Raise the hood, pour in some oil,
See the radiator boil.

Joyful all ye Barners rise
Drive your car before it dies
With angelic host proclaim
“Our old cars will rise again”
With angelic host proclaim
“We will spare Ford’s good name”.

Even though the gas may drip,
Drive it on another trip.
Drive it though the gears may grind,
Drive it though the brakes may bind.

Through the night the lights may flutter
Through the day the spark may stutter
Give the GAV a little turn
How much gas does this car burn?
Give the carb a little choke
Dang, this car will make me broke.

Spent some money, got it fixed
A second car the wife has nixed
Adjust the valves replace the rings
Listen how that engine sings.

Man and car now reconciled,
Treat your Ford just like a child
With angelic host proclaim,
“We have spared Ford’s good name”
With angelic host proclaim,
“We have spared Ford’s good name”

That's a wonderful poem and song. I told someone Merry Christmas the other day and they told me I was politically incorrect, I should say Happy Holidays. I'm old fashion and I told them next to kiss my ass.
