The Snowbirds...
Winter is just around the corner... So I figure it's as good a time as any to start a Snowbird picture thread. What you say? I'll start it off... To read the rest of this blog entry from The Ford Barn, click here. |

Re: The Snowbirds...
Here's one that currently resides on South Bass Island / Put-in-Bay, Ohio...yes, there are islands in Ohio :-)
The sign claims it's a 1924 Model T "snowmobile" that was, "Built for the U.S. Government to deliver mail in Minnesota." Last edited by 28-31; 08-27-2013 at 02:07 PM. |

Let's leave winter just around the corner, and deal with it when we have to.

Re: The Snowbirds...
There's an active branch of the Model T Ford Club of America upstate New York. These guys are an active bunch who can't wait for the snow to come. They are very often accompanied by similar people from New England.

Re: The Snowbirds...
Granted it's not a Model A but I thought this '32 is pretty cool,,it was used to pull snow skiers up to the top. HRP
