1929 Model A Special Coupe

1929 Model A Special Coupe. This rumble seat coupe was restored in the in early 1980's and the then the engine was rebuilt in 1994 by a Model A engine rebuilder in Indianapolis. After the engine was rebuilt the previous owner drove the car only about 200 miles over the next 18 years. It just sat in his garage until he sold it to me in May, 2012. I have driven it very little too, maybe 100 miles. Since buying the car I have invested in a different radiator, a new sediment bulb, gas valve, a new stone guard, new door and rumble lid handles, air maze and speedometer. The car has some flaws but no serious flaws.
The body is not rusty but does have some minor pitting in the paint and the rumble lid has a place where the paint is chipping. The front bumper chrome is great but the rear bumpettes have some pits. The paint looks better in the pictures than it will look if you come to look at it but overall the car looks like an original 1929 coupe. The interior is LeBaron Bonney but it has some stains. The rumble seat has a very small tear but is otherwise in very nice shape. The tires have lots of tread left but some flat spots from sitting so long. The steering is very good. I am selling this car because I have purchased another Model A that I like better and I now need the garage space. I am lowering the price to $10,500 to get it sold quickly.
