I'm looking at a roadster in Georgia and I live in Missouri and we need a title. He says no title state but car is registered in his name. Any suggestions ? Any help would be great. Should I just stay away .

when i bought a car from a no title state [maine] and went to title it in fla. i had the tags and registration from maine. fla. recognized . that it was a no title state and created a title. it was no big deal. i would call my local d.m.v. and ask. ray

It's fine make sure you have the bill of sale notirized in his state
