We have all seen Model "T" Fat Man Steering Wheels, but I have never seen one for a Model "A". Does anybody know if a Fat Man Steering Wheel was made for a Model "A"?

Well in the tilt-away sense like a Model T, like you I have never seen one either however there were aftermarket wheels (many seen in Those Unauthorized Accessories) that had the diameter or the offset changed to compensate for the more rotund individual.

i may not be correct on this. But someone once told me that to get a fat man wheel to fit on a model a. You have to cut the steering shaft out of a model T. Then cut off the model a shaft at the same length you cut the T shaft at. Then you weld your model T shaft onto the remaning part of the model a shaft. Hope this didnt confuse you. I dont know much about the wheels other than they work good for what theyre ment for. To sum it all up, you mix matching parts to get it to fit right.

What model A body type offers the most room in the drivers seat?? I've heard its the 30 coupe?

I believe you get a little more leg room in the fourdoor sedans with the adjustable front seats. I have heard of folks moving the adjuster system back to give even more room. It is not too hard because the frame of the body is wood and everything is attached to the wooden frame.
