Here is a pic of 1 (of 4) 4 bar spinners I have. I believe these to have been `1970s repros, not sure if American made, but they are a very high quality wheel cover, quite heavy. I say this because someone
thought they might be more recent repros. I can not say for certain either way or if it even matters. For all I know they were always imported after the first printing! These are beautiful, I think you will have to agree! I am showing a picture with an older issue that is rusty so one can see they are identical, which would indicate an older stamping, perhaps.
