1951 Ford Victoria Headliner
Does anyone know what color and style this headliner should be? Currently white perforated with gold ribs but would like to replace as original if this is incorrect.

If it's any thing like the rest of the '51 line, it depends on the original color of the car. Do you know what that is (or what color you would like it to be)?

Re: 1951 Ford Victoria Headliner
This is the headliner in my '51 Victoria. It is very close to the one in the Victoria that I had as a teenager. Both cars were two tone green. Unfortunately, it was purchased from the now bankrupt Lebaron Bonney. I hope the pictures help. As Tubman noted. The exterior color dictated the color scheme of the entire interior.

One other thing to keep in mind is that to replace the headliner you need to remove and replace the three piece rear window. Been there, done that. It is a bit of a challenge.

Re: 1951 Ford Victoria Headliner
I was referring only to the 1951 Ford Victoria in the above post. The headliner, in this instance, does in fact need to be installed with the glass removed. On other models, that may not be necessary.

Re: 1951 Ford Victoria Headliner
I should have said that the correct way includes removing the rear window. I suppose the cloth headliner could be glued but it would be difficult to get the necessary stretch for a nice fit.
