Default 35/36 hood side trim.

I thought I posted this before, guess I forgot to hit the submit button. Anyway can someone with a 35 or 36 take and send me some close up pictures of the side hood trim to show the profile and also measure the width. I measured my 39 and it is 1/4 wide. I have an idea on making grill trim pieces for my 39. I am missing some and cant find any. I'll beat the bushes this spring at swap meets. Thanks

Here are some pictures of my 36. The trim is 7/16" wide.

Thank you very much. That looks just like the grill trim on the 39. I saw some on ebay pretty fair price. I think Ill take a chance on it.

The trim on the 35 is different in that there are four pieces instead of three. Not sure if with is the same though.

You are right on the money Ralph. '35 passenger cars have four pieces of SS trim on each hood side, and the width measurement is less than the '36 SS trim.
