1951 Victoria Vent Windows

Both of the top hinges of my vent widows are broken. I see that vendors sell the male part of the hinge that is on the glass frame itself, but I need the female upper half that is riveted to outside frame. I can fabricate this out of stainless but thought I would check with you folks before I reinvent the wheel so to speak.
Is there a source for this item that I am not aware of? Thanks, Ted
