Default Fog Lights wiring

While going through the parts my Dad acquired for his 36 3 window I found a pair of Unity Fog Lamps.

Any ideas on the best way to run the wiring to the dash? I was thinking if just going through the horn bezel but want to make this look as clean as possible. Not sure what was originally done.

I also noticed the switch has 3 posts, Batt, Tail and Road. Am I correct that Batt is run to Neg, Road is run to the lamps? Is Tail used at all?

Thanks in advance.

The diagram that was offered in an earlier post will "get you there" in a safe manner.
You'd asked what was originally done? Originally nothing was done as driving lamps were not offered by Ford in '36.
