Double posts
There have been a bunch of double posts lately. When I have posted a response, I am experiencing a long delay between hitting the "POST" button and it actually appearing. Just now, I received a "double post" warning when I knew I hit the "POST" button once. Response on the server seems to be quite degraded; someone should check for a virus or other problem.
Edit : It took almost 30 seconds for this post to be made. Much longer than usual. |

Hi tubman, good report. There are hundreds of possibilities for internet congestion. Here's something folks should give a lookey-loo. I just found the router at Mom's place was wanting an update and doing that revved her up like dropping in a new engine. A suggestion of you want an Admin to see your message quickly is to report your own posting. Adding: This reply also took a while to post. The software also inserted double carriage returns. Something does seem jacked up.

Re: Double posts
OK fellas... Should be fixed now... Turns out tapatalk was trying to skim data from our posts. They were unable too obviously, but it was responsible for the slow down. I've removed support for Tapatalk.

Glitch in the matrix.
When everything works well nobody knows what is being done behind all of it. I'm surprised everything works as well as it does with only a little bump. For sure, much appreciation to the team that makes it happen! Last edited by Tinker; 06-05-2022 at 10:30 PM. |
