I've only had the one done and I was pleased with it. The only thing that took a long time was talking with him on the phone. Very talkative gent.

Have you tried Bill Randall?

The Horn Shop
7129 Rome-Oriskany Road
Rome, NY 1344
315-336-8841

I can't vouch for his turn-around time but I can for his quality of workmanship.
