Default CC Pickup door panel hardware

I did a lot of research through this site looking for some info on these but cannot find anything that is still being sold. I know there are new versions of these clips that are nylon but they force the panel away from the door and they just don't work as well. Has anyone had any luck tracking these down or found something that could be used instead of the original style? Any help is appreciated.

Had the same issue as you. The repros are better than nothing if you want the original ring nail use but as you said the head is thicker so the panel has a gap. The only solution is to find originals and most of those are cracked or fatiqued.

There are probably thousands of diff clips/fasteners manuf today. Near me is a place called ROBRAND that deals extensively in these type of fasteners. I don't know if they have a web site. Across the country there must be others. Stop by a shop that does interior work on cars (uph and conv tops), they may have something or point you in the right direction. Another source that comes to mind is Restoration Specialties, Escondido, CA, they do have a web site.
