Default Car covers

After 30 plus years I need new car covers. My last purchase was from Beverly Hills car covers, what is the best car cover on the market today ?
Thank you,
Mike

I did a Google on that the other day. Fabric has improved over the years. Buy top of the line with a lifetime guarantee. You can get the best for about $150.

I like California Car Covers. They have covers for all uses i.e. Indoor, outdoor, water proof, dust proof. I had one made for my AV8 to keep dust off in the shop. They are all made to not scratch clean paint. I had a cheap generic that I gave away.

I bought one from California Car Covers for our 1930 coupe. Fits well, keeps the dirt and bird poop off.

I bought my from the GoodWill Second Hand Store. A set of Queen Bed Sheets covers the whole car - cost: $5.00. A new set at Walmart, etc. $30 - $50. These keep the dust off, let the car 'breathe' and are a very quick install & remove. Much easier when you use a black felt marking pen to label FRONT / REAR .

We have a couple of the California Car Covers and they work very well. We've used them in some really bad weather and they really kept the rain off the car.We did order the outdoor rain proof cover.

Well, another vote for California Car Cover. I've had one for my '40 for 30 years. They are generous in size, but we'll fitted for each specific make and model car. And, expensive but worth it.

A very good question. I believe that the answer is....no one !

Several yrs ago, when I had my '29 Sport Coupe, I had a custom made 'top cover' made of high end material. Easy and quick to install and kept out not only the elements, but also prying eyes , when car was unattended.

I live about two mile from ca car cover. They show up every where out here with their product displays. Maybe best covers available. They do not make a cover like I have. Don't know why, as I think that such cover, although not cheap, would sell. I had been ask often...where to got such.

I did not let cover go with sport coupe, as it will fit coupe also and I thought that I'd have a coupe by now .

I never did get the "car cover" thing. Those who have a pretty nice car, generally keep it in a pretty nice garage. Even though I don't drive my pretty nice cars every day, I always get a charge out of at least seeing them in the pretty nice garage. I'd really miss that if they were covered up.

If I want to take a drive, I may have to take less than a minute and run over it with a California Car Duster. Well worth the small trouble rather than having to look at a car cover than a beautiful car when I step into the garage.

I like the California Car Covers also.
I also purchased one of the car bags. This is made of the same material as a tarp and has a zipper 3/4 of the way around the bottom. You open it up and place the bottom on the garage floor. Then drive the car onto it, install your car cover to keep from possibly scratching the paint, then pull the top of the car bag over the car and zip it up. The reason that I used this is because my cat had access to the garage for her own protection and I did not want her to possibly be exposed to grease, gasoline, antifreeze, etc., plus I did not want her climbing on the car. I no longer have a cat and I've not used the car bag in quite a while. I would like to sell it, and can deliver it to the MARC Meet in Gettysburg. If someone is interested, please contact me. It should fit any Model "A" or similar size car. Might be too small for a "AA".
