Default Closed Car Windshield Instalation

I'm replacing the glass in the windshield of my 1930 Tudor.
I'm looking for suggestions for the best way to install the glass bedding, the hinge gasket, and the bottom & side frame gaskets. Should I apply glue or some kind of epoxy to the hinge to header screws when I reinstall the windshield?
