Basic question about Model A car models.
A simple question: what is the difference between a 5 window 1929 Model A coupe and a Standard 1929 Model A coupe. This old guy that knows little about this stuff is thinking again (rare).

Re: Basic question about Model A car models.
5 window could imply the Special coupe or a Standard coupe. Rod

Or he could have been a V-8 guy. I had a 5 window 36 coupe but wish it were a 3 window 36 coupe - both were available.

Re: Basic question about Model A car models.
I remember reading in either The Restorer or the Model A News about a 3 window coupe someone had, just don't remember the year. There may only be one, I'm not sure.

Re: Basic question about Model A car models.
The 1928 and early 1929 business coupes were both 3-window coupes. I suppose the later 29's might be considered 5-window, but they are sure small windows. The Cabrio's were also a coupe style body, and were therefore another 3-window style.
