She's Almost a Full Roller
I was 1 yr old when my father took apart his 31 PU to paint the frame. 40 years later I finally got him motivated and we are slowly getting it back together. The ole girl is almost a rolling chassis. We alternate working on his PU one weekend then my 31 slant window the next weekend. We are having a blast. Here is a picture of my dad and his chassis.

Well, you can't rush into these things!!
Seriously, good luck. You're making progress, but more importantly spending valuable time with Dad. Enjoy it! |

You'll have a smile when she rolls and a bigger one when she drives.

Great! Looks like a lot of fun. Wish my dad was still here to help on mine.

Re: She's Almost a Full Roller
Making memories is the best thing you can do with your Dad, My Dad has been gone for 30 years now. He taught me a lot about cars , and I still miss him, but I always have the memories.

Congrats. It's a great feeling when things start going back together again.
