Cool Vibration in steering wheel

A while back I posted this same question. Now that the front end is rebuilt and aligned,I took my car for a test drive and found the vibration comes at higher RPM's just before you shift into 2nd gear and 3rd gear.Oil in trans is full, trans shift's good, rear mount's are new, have not checked the front mount, oop's. Could it be trans bearing's? I don't know when or if tranny has ever been worked on. Again it is a vibration not a shimmy or wobble. Thanks to all and lets have fun on the NEW BARN.

Does it vibrate when you rev the engine in neutral?

Try running the engine revs up with the fan belt not on. Could be a problem with water pump or generator.

Does it vibrate in neutral and without the fan belt at certain speeds of the engine; especially when coming down from a higher rev? Look to the flywheel/pressure plate balance.
