Default License plate bolt question

Were fasteners supplied by Ford to secure license plates to the car? I looked at the green book and found p/n for frames. If Ford supplied what did they look like, did they change from 32-48?

I've never found a part listing for the license plate to bracket fasteners. I doubt there was such a listing. I use era correct fasteners. Specifically, I use binding head - slotted 1/4"-20 x 1/2", S2 screws with S2 lock washer and hex nut - also S2.

The correct license plate frames are extremely rare. Many are advertised as "correct" but simply are not. The attached photo shows what a correct frame looks like.
