I always was wary of shooting carb cleaner (canned dinosaur farts) onto a hot engine. The results could be catastrophic.

I would look like Yosemite Sam with the mange ...

At the very least, wear eye protection.

A new PV will be included in a quality overhaul kit. Stay away from CHI-CON SLOPPY COPY and buy from a trusted manufacturer. Look for an ETHANOL RATED KIT.
