Default Ford wiring mistake or not...

In viewing Fig. 444, page 215 of the January 1928 Ford Service Bulletins, it shows that the wire going from the "bat" terminal post to the Generator on the Light Switch to be "Yellow with black tracer".

Was this a mistake in the schematic drawing in the bulletins (should the designation been "yellow") OR was this how Ford intended it to be at the start of production?

If so, when was the change from "Yellow to black tracer" to a "yellow" wire?

ALSO, what kind of "wire terminal" was at the end of this particular wire? Not being familiar with the Powerhouse Generator hook-up, was it A-14465 (flat conector...not sure of proper name) or A-14461 (bullet type)?

I just received a new repop harnes with the "bullet type" connector with yellow wire and am thinking it is the other type.

Thanks.

It is great to be back.

Pluck

Pluck, I noticed that discrepancy last week as I was trying to figure out the wiring on my 29 coupe, which was a combo of home-made and repro. I just figured it was an early note that got changed in production after the FSBs were printed.
