Default Where does this part go?

I have included a diagram below for a 1955 Ford Passenger Car Clutch Mechanism Assembly. I am missing the piece indicated in the red circle.

It is a bracket that holds one end of the clutch return spring. I reckon the other end attaches to the fork at the bellhousing. My 55 Ford frame does not have a bracket anywhere on the frame that I can see, and to be honest I have no idea where it attaches.

I could obviously make my own bracket, but I need some idea of where the bracket should go so that the tension is right for the return spring. Can anyone make a measurement or give me a photo of the location on the frame?

thanks

That bracket goes on one of the bolts that attach the steering box to he frame.

Thanks Paul. Looks like I need to get a longer bolt for the lower steering gear mount so that there are enough threads to mount the bracket.
