Default ID generator

Saw this on Ebay, says it's an original 1928-1931 Model A. I've never seen one
with the screws on the front end plate and around the rear band.

Might be a Ford tractor one? The extra band looks like a starter one.

It is possible that it is a converted model T unit, there was a kit I remember reading about in a catologue ------there was also a kit to make a 115 volt drill from a model T generator-----T generators were plentiful and cheap in the 30s and 40s
