Default Tire logos on white walls

Were the logos on the white wall tires colored by the manufacturer as they were on the all black tires?

As whitewall tires (double-sided) were an 'after market' item, there were various manufacturers , and as such there may have been several ways that the Logos may have been manifest.

On my set of 21" Double-Sided Whitewall tires the logo is raised in the white portion of the sidewall - it is not highlighted with a different color.
