Default Floorboard Heater

The Sep/Oct 2020 issue of Model “A” News has a picture of what appears to be a floorboard heater on page 43.

Can anyone tell me how it was hooked up?

Is there a recognizable brand name for it?

I have one. It clamped around the exhaust pipe and directed air in to the car.

That’s interesting. Thanks for the link to the thread.

Does anyone make reproductions?

I tried to find the "Gladiator" heater last year and found that someone used to make a some to sell every year but stopped a few years ago. Looks like a cool heater without having to cut a hole through the metal part of the firewall.

I have the manifold heater with hot air outlet that directs the air under the floorboards to that vent. It is available.

Here is the ram air heater in my Coupe. The air flow is insufficient, so I am adding an electric fan to replace the inlet funnel.
