It's out. As far as a stop, mine looks like the tube is reamed out to a slightly larger diameter down to where the bearing is supposed to sit, and that's all. I used an impact socket as a slide hammer, and it only took about 10 to 15 taps for it come out. In the middle of it, I had to tap it back down a little, to remove a tiny little edge at the top, that was making the bearing go crooked but not come out. All good now. It's really not much of a bearing is it. I have better bearings on the bicycles in my collection.

Luckily I have another impact socket that is pretty much exactly the outer diameter of the bearing, so I should be able to tap the new one back in without an issue.
