Value
Good morning everyone! I have a question. I recently visited the Gilmore Car museum for Model A Days. Got chatting with a nice older fella about his Model B.
I was telling him about my 1932 Model B pickup. It has the 4cyl engine. The truck is in super nice condition and runs great! He’s was telling me the truck is worth near $30,000… this sounded a bit far fetched to me!! I realize it’s what someone is willing to pay but that ballpark seemed unrealistic to me….Any thoughts? |

Re: Value
I'd guess upper teens/lower 20s for a typical nice condition 4 cylinder truck.

Re: Value
Any 32 Ford pickup in super nice condition is well worth $30,000.

Re: Value
I think many good photos and detail description would be necessary before a value can be placed on anything by any of us.
If you want to do your own appraisal, look on the internet for comparable auction results over the past year. Last edited by Seth Swoboda; 09-21-2023 at 10:51 AM. |

Re: Value
The right '32 B pickup is worth more than $30K, but that would be for one better than "super nice".

Re: Value
I’m sure the prices are all over the board. I’m not looking to strike it rich but if I decide to sell it I’d like a fair amount for it. If we decide to sell it for sure I will get many pictures of it and possibly a video. Thanks guys!

Re: Value
Here is a small dose of reality of various "restored" 32-34 trucks that have been auctioned on bringatrailer. It appears most had a reserve greater than the market would pay but a few are marked sold.

Re: Value
That’s right. People can ask whatever they please for their vehicles. Doesn’t mean they will sell for that price.
