Have seen them made out of threaded rod (any length you want)
Never presented a problem after installation.

Ford Parts Manual lists them as 5/16 - 18 x 7.15 inches. If it has Fordomatic the length is 7.65 inches. Possibly your kid's bicycle goose neck? DD . |

They are specialized bolts with a 7/16" head and 5/16-18 thread. Combined with that length, I doubt they had any other applications. You should be able to find them used (above), or perhaps South Side Obsolete or Third Gen Automotive.
