I need some rear hub bolts fo my 34 . My local supplier has sent me bolts listed as suitable for1928 to 1935 , they are approx 1/4 shorter than my originals ( 1 5/8 ) . I have checked online with other suppliers , they list the same . Are the correct length bolts available ?

Used ones should work fine and they would be originally correct. Have you checked with the NOS guys here on the Barn?

I'm having the same trouble. The correct Ford part number is "B 1118".

The generic hub bolts being manufactured and sold today aren't even good for the front hubs; "B 1107"....their too long in the shank requiring them to be machined down in order to have the correct height when swaging them into the hub.

I DID find a suitable alternative for my front hub bolts. The Model T rear hub bolts (part #T 2888) that are being made today fit well for the original front 33/34 hubs, their just a thread too short in overall length, but can be swaged in like the originals.

Thanks for your replies, have reused some good ones.used Locktite to hold them because the shoulder had been removed to get them out . Will try and obtain some nos B1118 or 48 1118 . Lead foot thanks for the tip on the front bolts
