Rewiring . . . What would you do different?

I would use some kind of connectors that come apart for the headlights. You may need to take off your grill shell from time to time and the wiring goes through it. for rad service or if you pull the engine.

I didn't have to modify the light switch terminal disk at all. Plugged right in, worked perfectly from the get-go.

I'm happy for you. It didn't work for us. The terminal Disc was too thick and locked up the light switch. After trimming it as Bratton's described it worked fine.

According to Bratton's they are all made by the same manufacturer.

I did measure the thickness of the new disk from Sacramento Vintage and the old one I took out. They were within a half thousands of each other.
