Re: shortened pitman arms
Derek 90mph ? Maybe on the salt but not on our roads. Welding pitman arms is a real no no over here. The new forged arms can be made to work for rhd . Good luck with the new rhd arms

Re: shortened pitman arms
How do you make a LHD one work ?? looked at fitting it with ball out , this would give correct angle but then drag link has hole in wrong side, an adjustable one would solve that however it appears the adjusting piece would fowl , I have yet to try a LHD drag link which would have holes correct to line up . Have a dozen here to try too, Meantime pattern of right drop arm ready to send overseas to foundry . Ps my flat head 4 banger in a cpe would do 91mph , but only 88 mph on the salt. altitude robs your power, Current record is 97.1 mph Lickity split , One day we might get there???
