Default Model a steering

Steering is way to loose in the 1930 model a.does anyone know how to tighten the steering up?thanks.

It is adjustable. Have you looked in Les Andrews red book, or the Barn archives?

Service bulletins explain the procedure. Best done on the 2 tooth, later steering on the bench.

I agree....Les Andrews red book, available from any Model A parts vendor or either of the national clubs.
Clear diagrams walk you right through the procedure.

Here you go, follow that and see if you can tighten it up. Same procedure as the bulletins with nice illustrations.
